If you’re planning a Caribbean honeymoon or an African safari, travel insurance is a no-brainer. But what about trips within the United States? These trips are usually less expensive, and you’re typically covered by your own medical insurance, but how about what your insurance company doesn’t cover? Or the cancellation and trip interruption coverage? To help you handle unforeseen travel headaches, Wolf’s offers trip cancellation insurance through Allianz Global Assistance for an additional fee.
Wolf’s offers three insurance plans: Essential, Basic, and Classic.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to have any pre-existing medical conditions covered, insurance must be booked within 14 days of making your initial deposit.
The Pack Plan is designed for your peace of mind. Nobody likes to cancel their vacations, but sometimes it is unavoidable. Unforeseen circumstances may have you considering this optional protection. If you have purchased the optional protection and must cancel 48 hours prior to departure, you will receive a full refund of the tour cost (the Pack Plan is non-refundable). Please note that if your cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to departure, our normal cancellation policy will apply.
Pack Plan Protection must be purchased at the time of reservation, paid for with your tour deposit and is nonrefundable and not transferable to another person or tour. The fee varies by tour and is listed in the catalog where it is available. This protection is only available on select trips. Please inquire with your tour reservationist when making your reservation.
The Pack Plan protects you from cancellation penalties prior to tour departure. It does not offer protection of any kind once the tour departs. If you are interested in purchasing optional Travel Insurance covering trip cancellation and/or interruption, please ask your Wolf Pack member for a brochure.
If you do not choose to purchase the optional Pack Plan or Travel Insurance, our normal cancellation policies will apply.
