Wolf’s Tours cannot assume liability as agents for hotels and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for lack of performance by proprietors or their staff. All operations and their respective tariffs will be within the operating authority assigned by the “Department of Transportation” and the “Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.” Wolf’s Tours reserves the right to decline acceptance of any person on their tours, and also to make changes in itineraries and prices. Wolf’s Bus Lines will make every reasonable effort to accommodate all persons with special needs including the use of services animals. A fourteen (14) day notice before departure would be appreciated; however, a minimum 48 hour notice is required.
Please be at your pick-up point 15 minutes prior to departure. Not all pick-ups are available on all trips.
NOTE: Parking in any lot with public access is done so at your own risk. Wolf’s Bus Lines & the owners of the parking facilities cannot assume responsibility for theft, damage, vandalism, etc. that might occur to vehicles while parked in their lot. On select multi-day Wolf’s Tours, a shuttle may be offered to transport passengers from certain departure locations in order to service a larger region of interested passengers. Shuttles will be determined closer to the date of the tour and will be based on the number of passengers departing from each location and the direction that we are traveling.

In the event of increased diesel fuel costs, Wolf’s Bus Lines reserves the right to impose a fuel surcharge on our tours to cover these increased costs.
DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS
We accept cash, check, money order and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) for payment. There is a service charge for all returned checks.
ONE-DAY TOURS: Requires a $20.00 per person deposit within 14 days of making the reservation, and the balance of the trip must be paid in full at least 45 days prior to the departure date. One-day tours involving a special ticket (Broadway Shows, Concerts, Sporting Events, etc.) are to be paid in full 60 days prior to the date of departure, and are non-refundable and non-transferable at that time.
MULTI-DAY TOURS: Requires a $50.00 per person deposit within 14 days of making the reservation, and the balance of the trip needs to be paid in full at least 45 days prior to the departure date. Some exceptions apply.
To help you handle unforseen travel headaches, Wolf’s Bus Lines offers trip protection through Allianz Global Assistance, and on some trips our own Pack Plan, for an additional fee. We highly recommend trip protection, however, it is not required.
SCHEDULE CHANGES ON TOURS
Itinerary changes may occur that are beyond the control of Wolf’s Bus Lines. Reasons may include, but are not limited to: failure on the part of outside agencies to deliver accommodations, admission tickets, and/or unusual circumstances. Itineraries may be changed to benefit the quality of the tour at the discretion of Wolf’s Bus Lines. Passengers will only be notified if there is an extreme change in the itinerary. Cancellation policy will not be affected by changes in the itinerary.
Refunds will be given if cancellations are made at least 45 days prior (some exceptions apply) to the departure date on most Wolf’s Tours. In the event that you must cancel a tour including a non-refundable ticket, a refund will only be issued if the ticket can be re-sold before the departure date. Wolf’s will be enforcing this cancellation policy, due to the strict policies set forth by the attractions, restaurants and hotels. Wolf’s Bus Lines may cancel a tour if our numbers fall below the group requirement. Customers will be notified by phone and refunded.
Wolf’s Bus Lines has assigned seating on all of its One-Day and Multi-Day Wolf Tours. Seating assignments are computer generated and based on the date that a passenger(s) initially booked their reservation. Seating assignments are finalized the night before a trip’s departure and passengers are given their seat number only when checking in on the day of their tour. In the event that you are an individual passenger or have an odd number in your group, it is likely that you will have someone seated next to you. If you prefer to have the seat next to you remain unoccupied, you may purchase that seat at an additional cost. Please contact our office at 1-800-692-7804 for additional information and seat cost. The motorcoach provides close quarters for long periods of time, so please refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne, as some passengers may have allergies or can develop headaches from perfumes or colognes.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL ON BUS
No smoking or vaping and no alcoholic beverages allowed on the motorcoach.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP
Beginning October 1, 2023, Pennsylvanians will need a REAL-ID-compliant driver’s license, photo ID card, or another form of federally-acceptable identification (such as a valid passport or military ID) to enter a federal building or military installation that may be included in a Wolf Tour. Please make sure that you and everyone in your group have/has a valid ID with you/them as Wolf’s Bus Lines is not responsible if you/they do not have the proper identification, and no money will be refunded if you are unable to enter a building or facility while on a scheduled Wolf Tour. This will also apply on all trips with airfare included in a Wolf Tour package.
The question often comes up about tipping for the drivers and escorts. The final success of any tour depends on the performance of the driver and escort. As a standard in the industry, it is recommended that gratuity be $3-$5 per person per day. These individuals look after your safety, comfort and enjoyment for often 10-12 hours per day. Of course, it goes without saying, the amount of gratuity always reflects the kind of job performance.
Passengers are permitted one suitcase per person. Also, a small carry-on piece will be permitted; however, passengers are responsible for such items. Trips with airfare do not apply.
Wolf Tour drivers, escorts, passengers, and tour vendors must comply with federal, state, regional, and local health laws/guidelines/restrictions/mandates that are in place at the time of travel. Neither Wolf’s Tours nor our tour vendors have control over such directives. We must abide by them as they are implemented or changed. Masks are recommended for all tours. Passengers will need to follow the mandate of the different venues we visit on the tour. Please keep in mind this can change daily. Please remember to bring your mask on all tours. We ask all passengers to respect one another on their choices to wear or not to wear a mask. Proof of Vaccination may be required on certain tours. Please make sure that you have your official vaccination card with you, or a photo of the card saved on your phone when traveling. If you are not vaccinated, please confirm with our office if proof of vaccination is required at included attractions when making your final tour payment. Covid-19 protocols and policies are changing constantly, and Wolf’s Bus Lines is trying to do our best to keep up with pandemic and government mandates as they evolve. These policies are subject to change at any point. Your cooperation is expected and appreciated.

Wolf’s Bus Lines, Inc. cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry into any hotel, attraction, restaurant, etc. due to failure of the passenger to provide proper documentation.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By traveling with Wolf’s, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. You confirm that you have read and understand the warning concerning COVID-19 in order to utilize Wolf’s Bus Lines and entering onto Wolf’s premises. You further confirm that these services are of such value to you, that you accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 to utilize Wolf’s services and premises in person.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By use of our service, you hereby forever release and waive your right to bring suit against Wolf’s Bus Lines and its owners, officers, directors, managers, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Wolf’s services and premises. This means you give up your right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim to seek damages, whether known or unknown, forseen or unforseen.
