Wolf’s Tours cannot assume liability as agents for hotels and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for lack of performance by proprietors or their staff. All operations and their respective tariffs will be within the operating authority assigned by the “Department of Transportation” and the “Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.” Wolf’s Tours reserves the right to decline acceptance of any person on their tours, and also to make changes in itineraries and prices. Wolf’s Bus Lines will make every reasonable effort to accommodate all persons with special needs. A fourteen (14) day notice before departure would be appreciated; however, a minimum 48 hour notice is required.

NOTE: Parking in any lot with public access is done at your own risk. Wolf’s Bus Lines and the owner of the parking facilities cannot assume responsibility for theft, damage, vandalism, etc., that might occur to vehicles while parked in their lot.

We accept cash, check, money order and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) for payment. There is a service charge for all returned checks.
ONE-DAY TOURS: requires a $20.00 per person deposit within 14 days of making the reservation, and the balance of the trip must be paid in full at least four (4) weeks prior to the departure date. One-day tours involving a special ticket (Broadway Shows, Concerts, Sporting Events, etc.) are to be paid in full 60 days prior to the date of departure, and are non-refundable and non-transferable at that time.
MULTI-DAY TOURS: requires a $50.00 per person deposit within 14 days of making the reservation, and the balance of the trip needs to be paid in full at least four (4) weeks prior to the departure date (with the exception of air travel and cruise trips). Multi-day tours involving a special ticket (Broadway Shows, Concerts, Sporting Events, etc.) are to be paid in full 60 days prior to the date of departure, and are non-refundable and non-transferable at that time.
SCHEDULE CHANGES ON TOURS
Itinerary changes may occur that are beyond the control of Wolf’s Bus Lines. Reasons may include, but are not limited to: failure on the part of outside agencies to deliver accommodations, admission tickets, and/or unusual circumstances. Itineraries may be changed to benefit the quality of the tour at the discretion of Wolf’s Bus Lines. Passengers will only be notified if there is an extreme change in the itinerary. Cancellation policy will not be affected by changes in the itinerary.

Refunds will be given if cancellations are made at least one month prior (except for tours that require a full payment more than 30 days prior to trip date or for air travel and cruise trips) to the departure date on most Wolf’s Tours. In the event that you must cancel a tour including a non-refundable ticket, a refund will only be issued if the ticket can be re-sold before the departure date. Wolf’s Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if less than 18 reservations have been received. Some exceptions may apply. Wolf’s will be enforcing this cancellation policy, due to the strict policies set forth by the attractions, restaurants and hotels.
As of October 1, 2016, all seats on tours are assigned. These assigned seats will be computer generated, and will not be completed until the night before the trip. The computer will generate them based on a first-come, first-served basis. You will NOT be given your seat assignment at the time of booking; you will get your seat assignment when boarding the motorcoach for your tour. In the event that you are a single passenger or have booked an odd-numbered group, it is likely that you will have someone seated next to you. If you would prefer to have the seat next to you remain unoccupied, you may purchase an additional seat. If you would like a seat towards the front, we encourage you to reserve your trip as early as possible. We will be rotating seats on overnight tours that are five days or longer. SMOKING & ALCOHOL ON BUS
For the comfort of all, we maintain a no smoking policy. However, for those passengers who wish to smoke, frequent rest stops are provided. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on any tour.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP/PHOTO ID
Some Wolf Tour’s may require proper photo ID and/or valid passport. Wolf’s Bus Lines is not responsible for anyone who does not have proper legal identification at time of tour.
The question often comes up about tipping for the drivers and escorts. The final success of any tour depends on the performance of the driver and escort. As a standard in the industry, it is recommended that gratuity be $3-$5 per person per day. These individuals look after your safety, comfort and enjoyment for often 10-12 hours per day. Of course, it goes without saying, the amount of gratuity always reflects the kind of job performance provided.
To help you handle unforeseen travel headaches, Wolf’s Bus Lines offers trip cancellation protection through Allianz Global Assistance and on some trips our own Pack Plan for an additional fee. We highly recommend trip cancellation protection; however, it is not required. In the event of trip cancellation, travel insurance purchased through Allianz Global Assistance is non-refundable, but is transferable to another tour. Pack Plan travel insurance is non-refundable and not transferable to another person or tour.
Passengers are permitted one suitcase per person weighing less than 50 pounds. Also, a small carry-on piece will be permitted; however, passengers are responsible for such items. Trips with airfare do not apply. For information on luggage restrictions, please check with the airline.
